By accessing, browsing, or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms then please do not use this Site.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Office Depot concerning your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Office Depot relating to your use of this Site.  If you do not agree, please do not use this site.  If you choose to access this site from another location, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Access to this Site does not confer upon you any license under any of Office Depot’s or any third party's intellectual property rights.  Except for making and editing your SLOB in the SLOB Builder, none of the Contents may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted electronically or mechanically, transmitted, recorded, in any manner mirrored, photocopied, imitated or reproduced in whole or in part without the prior written permission of Office Depot or the applicable copyright owner.  
Office Depot reserves the right to remove any content added to the site which is deemed unlawful or inappropriate, including but not limited to, profanity or imagery that does not comply with submission requirements.  Please note that the permission granted herein terminates automatically if you breach any of these Site terms or conditions.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER INFORMATION SUBMISSIONS PROVIDED BY YOU

JURISDICTION

Office Depot controls and operates this Site from its offices within the United States. Claims relating to, including the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles. You may not use the Site in violation of U.S.  export laws and regulations. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed therein.  Any action brought to enforce these Terms or matters related to the Site will be brought in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any claims or disputes between the parties arising out of or related to any claims, unless federal jurisdiction is available, in which case the Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach Division, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any such claims or disputes.  You expressly submit and consent in advance to such jurisdiction in any action or suit commenced in such court, and each party hereby waives any objection that it may have based upon lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue or forum non conveniens.  in any such proceedings, each of the parties HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY WAIVES AND SURRENDERS SUCH PARTY’S RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY AND AGREES THAT SUCH LITIGATION SHALL BE TRIED TO A JUDGE SITTING ALONE AS THE TRIER OF BOTH FACT AND LAW, IN A BENCH TRIAL, WITHOUT A JURY.  Any claim or cause of action you have with respect to use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises.  Any failure by Office Depot to enforce any of its rights under these Terms or under applicable law shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is deemed void, unlawful, or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in force. 

TERMINATION
Office Depot may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms.  In the event these Terms are terminated, the restrictions regarding Content appearing on the Site, and the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms will survive termination.  In the event that you are unsatisfied with the services provided by Office Depot, your sole remedy is to terminate your use of the Site.

TERMS OF USE REVISIONS

Office Depot may revise these Terms by updating this posting. You agree that in the event any portion of these Site terms of use are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Site terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
